The wine auctions Langton’s Melbourne and Sydney in
Australia on 2013-10-10 were as exciting as always
and many lots were sold.
In contrast to European or American
wine auctions many lots are offered and the

(44,15%) of all wines came from the wine region South Australia
The french wine region Bordeaux with (20,01%) followed by
Victoria another Australian Wine Region with (8,4%) Burgundy, France (6,97%)
and Western Australia with (3,03%) got the fifth place.
The focus of the wine auctions Langton's is located in Australian wines .
Most frequently requested and also the most popular was
Penfolds from South Australia, followed by the second wine of Cos d’Estournel,
Pagodes de Cos, Chateau Senejac from Bordeaux, Minnow Creek a producer
from South Australia and at least from Italy, Piemont Paolo Scanavino.
The most sold wine was Pagodes de Cos vintage 2010
750ml, followed by Shiraz Minnow Creek 2008 750ml,
Chateau Senejac 2009 750ml , Paolo Scanavino Barolo 2007
750ml and Chateau Cantegril 2009 in a 375ml bottle.
The years that were focus of restaurateurs
wine lovers and professional wine investment funds
ordered by popularity, were the wine vintages 2010 ,
followed by the year 2009, 2008, 2002 and 2003.
In the majority ( 88.31 %) of all auctioned bottles were 750ml
then 375ml, 1500ml , 500ml, and 3000ml bottles
Quantities to ( 34.63 %) 6 owc, ( 16.16% ) single bottles
( 13.54% ) 4- pack ( 11.58% ), pack of 3 ( 8.43% ).
The highest price, achieved a bottle of Burgundy
Vintage 2001 750ml Domaine Romanee Conti, Romanee
Conti with a value of wine from € 5563,48 € converted
(8122 AUS $), then came from the wine region
Bordeaux, Chateau Lafleur twice in a row
Chateau Lafleur 750ml Jahrgang 1989 with a sale price achieved by
1478,60€ und 1454,45 € converted (2158 AUS $).
Domaine Remoissenet Musigny vintage 1976 750 ml
reached a wine auction price from 1167,43 € converted
(1704 AUS $) and the Domaine Romanee Conti La
Tache 1994 750ml got the wine value of 1089 € converted
(1530 AUS $).
Value wines were auctioned from South Australia Wynns
Coonawarra Riesling 2008 750ml per auction for a bottle price from 5,15 €,
